My daughter (16) booked an appointment for a dermal piercing. We were met by Della and she was so nice and calm and really put my daughter, and me, at ease. So friendly and professional throughout. i had such a great experience at seven of hearts. i was really nervous about getting my piercings done, but della made me feel so comfortable from the moment i got there. she was so patient with me, gave me time when i needed it, and reassured me every step of the way. she explained everything clearly and made sure i felt calm and ready before doing anything, which i really appreciated. you can tell she genuinely cares about making sure people feel safe and comfortable. the whole place had a really welcoming vibe and everything felt clean and professional. i’m so happy with my piercings and i’m really glad i chose to come here. thank you so much della for being so kind and understanding. i would 100% recommend seven of hearts to anyone thinking about getting a piercing.
