My little girl (3.5 years) had her ears pierced today with Della and we had such a lovely experience in a friendly, welcoming and clean environment. Although my little one went in very confident, she had a little emotional wobble after the first ear was complete and Della remained calm, patient, reassuring and always treating my little one with care and kindness - a lovely lady and I’m so pleased we came to her. My little one was even treated to some sweeties and bubbles on completion for being so brave which was a beautiful touch. Thank you Della, you are wonderful. ♥️Load more
